The purpose of this section is to explain how NRI Mortgage Solutions protects and uses your personal information when and after you obtain a home loan from us. We are committed to maintaining your right to privacy for all of your personal and financial information. We truly understand the importance of keeping your information completely confidential and thus we take this very seriously.
Personal Information
We will only ask for personal information once you have decided to make an application with us. At that time we will only ask information required to make a quick underwriting evaluation and decision on your loan application. This information includes, but is not limited to, your name, social security number, contact information, current residence, employment, debt and asset information.
Patriot Act Notice
Federal Law requires all lenders to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account or takes a loan. The preferred ID includes the customer’s picture, address, signature and possibly other identifying information like date of birth, social security number, verification of employment and verification of address. The most common form will be the driver’s license but local, state and federal government picture ID’s are acceptable.
Do we share your information?
We are legally permitted to share non-public personal information with affiliates of NRI Mortgage Solutions that provide administrative and servicing functions for your loan. Additionally, we are legally permitted to share non-public personal information with third parties that are directly related to originating, processing, and closing or servicing your mortgage loan, an audit or other examination, or the sale of your mortgage loan.
